Ingredients

1 pack

vanilla sugar

2 tbsp

powdered sugar

a pinch

salt

1 cup

flour

1 cup

milk

2 pcs

grated apple

for frying

sunflower oil

Preparation steps

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and a pinch of salt in a bowl, add flour and then pour milk. Mix so that there are no lumps.
Add the grated apples to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix them lightly into the apple mixture.
Layer the dough prepared in this way on a pan in which you have heated sunflower oil and bake until golden on both sides.
Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
