Pour water into the saucepan, add butter and salt and let it boil. Add the flour to the boiled mixture and stir until the dough comes away from the sides of the pan.
Let it cool down. Then beat in the whole eggs - one at a time. Put the dough into a plastic bag with a decoration top and create the hearts.
Bake at 390 °F / 200 °C for about 15 minutes (until golden). Leave to cool and cut.
Prepare the cream - boil 2 cups of milk, mix the pudding powders and sugar in the remaining milk and pour into the boiling milk. Cook a thick pudding. Immediately stir in the hot butter (it's okay if it curdles, the cream will be whipped when it cools down). Leave to cool completely in the fridge and then whip.
Put the cream into a plastic bag with a decoration top and fill the hearts with it. Add sugar and let it harden again in the fridge. About 30 hearts will be made from this batch.
