Soft gingerbread cookies that must not be missing on the Christmas table.

powdered sugar
7 oz
butter
6 tbsp
honey
2 tbsp
cocoa
3 pcs
egg
1 pack
baking powder
1 tsp
gingerbread spice
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Mix everything thoroughly into a smooth dough and let it rest in the fridge until the next day.
  2. Roll out a plate about 0.25 in thick.
  3. Bake at 300-350 °F / 150-175 °C for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. While it's still warm, wash it with beaten egg white.
  5. The gingerbread cookies are soft right away, so I store them in a plastic jar. Enjoy it!
