Thin fritters made of zucchini, garlic and cheese

Fantastic healthy fritters that you can enjoy even after the holidays. Without frying and above all tasty. I baked them in the oven and sometimes I also bake them in a dry pan. They are fantastic.

zucchini
1 pc
egg
3 tbsp
breadcrumbs
to taste
fresh herbs
2 tbsp
grated cheese
2 tbsp
olive oil
2 cloves
garlic
to taste
salt

  1. Wash the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater. Squeeze the juice out of it, add grated cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, pressed garlic, olive oil and chopped fresh herbs (you can also use dried).
  2. Mix everything together thoroughly and shape fritters with wet hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 390 °F / 200 °C for about 20 minutes. We are watching.
