Ingredients

plain flour

8 oz

butter

8 oz

sour cream

1 pc

egg

1 tsp

salt

4 tbsp

grated cheese

for wash

Preparation steps

Make a loaf of dough from flour, butter, sour cream, egg and salt. Wrap the dough in food foil and put it in the fridge for an hour.
After an hour, roll out the dough to approx. 1/4 inch. Wash with egg and sprinkle with cheese.
Cut into the sticks, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake.
Bake at 390 °F / 200 °C for about 15 minutes - keep an eye on it.
