Name: Unbaked beehives covered in chocolate
Ingredients: 7 oz biscuits; ¾ cup powdered sugar; 3.5 oz butter; 2 tsp cocoa; 1 pack vanilla sugar; 4 tbsp rum; 4 tbsp milk; 3 oz butter; ½ cup powdered sugar; 1 pc egg yolk; 4 tsp rum; 35 pcs round biscuits

Ingredients

7 oz

biscuits

¾ cup

powdered sugar

3.5 oz

butter

2 tsp

cocoa

1 pack

vanilla sugar

4 tbsp

rum

4 tbsp

milk

Cream:

3 oz

butter

½ cup

powdered sugar

1 pc

egg yolk

4 tsp

rum

35 pcs

round biscuits

Preparation steps

Print

Crash the biscuits with a rolling pin or in a kitchen mixer into a fine powder. Add the other ingredients and make the dough.
Beat the butter, sugar, egg yolk and rum into a smooth cream.
Take smaller amount from the prepared dough, put in a mold, make a hole with the other side of a wooden spoon, put the cream inside and cover it with a small round biscuit.
Let it rest for a day or two so that the biscuit softens and you can serve it.
You can pour chocolate over the entire beehive.
