Very light - stew from home-made vegetables

Very light. All I found in the fridge was a pepper, a tomato, a piece of sausage and a spring onion. The result was stew, I just had to run to the store to get eggs. So if you have a piece of sausage, vegetables, etc. in the fridge, you can come up with a tasty dinner in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
9 oz
sausage
4 pcs
different colored peppers
10.5 oz
tomatoes
1 pc
onion
3 - 4 pcs
egg
1 tbsp
lard
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Fry diced onion in lard, add sausage, diced pepper and sauté for 7 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the eggs separately in a pan with a little fat (butter, oil, lard).
  4. Then add them to the pan with sausage and vegetables. Fine-tune the flavors.
  5. If you have green onions, add them too.
