Mix the flour in a bowl with shredded coconut, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, oil, milk and broken (you can also grate on a coarse grater) white chocolate.
Process it all into a smooth dough, which you will pour into a greased and sprinkled with coconut cake tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 45 minutes. During baking, check the pound cake with a toothpick - if the toothpick is dry, the pound cake is baked, if not, continue baking.
