Very tasty and juicy coconut raffaello pound cake

After a long time, I tried to prepare some new pound cake, which was a huge success at home. It literally tastes like the expensive Raffaello from the store without spending so much money. Full of sweet coconut and at the same time it is very juicy and tasty.

all-purpose flour
1 cup
shredded coconut
1 cup
granulated sugar
1 cup
1 cup
vegetable oil
2 ½ tsp
baking powder
1 pack
vanilla sugar
3 pcs
1 bar
white chocolate (broken into smaller pieces)
Preparation steps
  1. Mix the flour in a bowl with shredded coconut, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add eggs, oil, milk and broken (you can also grate on a coarse grater) white chocolate.
  3. Process it all into a smooth dough, which you will pour into a greased and sprinkled with coconut cake tin.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 45 minutes. During baking, check the pound cake with a toothpick - if the toothpick is dry, the pound cake is baked, if not, continue baking.
  5. Decorate the top with shredded coconut or caramel glaze.
