Peel, wash and dry the zucchini. Grate it on a fine grater, add salt and pepper and set is aside for 20 minutes. Squeeze the zucchini in hands and get rid of excess juice.
Add pressed garlic, egg, grated hard cheese and 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly and process the dough from which you then form balls.
Coat the balls in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Heat sunflower oil in a higher pan and fry the balls. Let it drain or put it on a paper napkin to get rid of excess oil and serve. Enjoy your meal!
