⇒ 1 can of sweet condensed milk (caramelized)

⇒ 10.5 oz of butter

 Instructions:

  1. First, you need to cook a can of condensed milk. Pour water into the pot and place the whole can of condensed milk so that it is submerged in the water. Let it cook for 3 hours (check occasionally, add water and turn the can upside down). After boiling, let the condensed milk cool completely.
  2. Let the butter soften at room temperature (if you forgot the butter in the refrigerator, use the microwave) and beat it with a mixer until smooth. Beat at low speed and gradually add condensed milk spoon by spoon. When whipping quickly, it may happen that your butter and condensed milk will curdle and there will be lumps in the cream.
  3. Put this whipped cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then you can spread it on any cake.
