Today I would like to share with you a tasty and unusual recipe for Bulgarian pork. It's full of flavor and the sauce has a variety of ingredients, a really great dish to impress guests or please the family.

1 pc
carrot
1 pc
parsley
½ pc
onion
2 cloves
garlic
a bit
cream cheese
1 handful
dried mushrooms
½ cup
white wine
2 tbsp
butter
2 tbsp
tomato puree (ketchup)
2 tbsp
soy sauce
to taste
Provencal herbs
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
smoked paprika
to taste
parsley
to taste
salt
½ cup
olive oil
½ cup
whipping cream
Preparation steps

  1. Marinate sliced and pounded pork by putting it overnight in a marinade of olive oil, soy sauce, ketchup, Provencal herbs, ground black pepper and salt.
  2. On the following day, fry the meat in oil. Then remove the meat, add butter, chopped onion, grated carrot and chopped parsley to the pan and fry together.
  3. Return the meat, add cream cheese, pre-soaked mushrooms, smoked paprika and pour white wine.
  4. Cook everything together and reduce in volume, add a little water and whipping cream.
  5. Add pressed garlic and simmer everything together.
  6. Finally, add fresh parsley and, if necessary, thicken with flour mixed in water. Serve with rice.
