Prepare these fantastic rolls full of delicious goat cheese and fragrant dill. Great crispy pastry perfect as a treat for your guests or just for yourself to eat in front of the TV.

14 oz
puff pastry
4 oz
goat cheese
4 oz
sour cream
2 oz
hard cheese
2 oz
soft salami
2 cloves
garlic
to taste
fresh dill
to taste
salt
to wash
egg
for sprinkling
sesame
Preparation steps

  1. Prepare the filling. Mix the goat cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, salt and crushed garlic.
  2. Spread the rolled out dough with the filling, leaving 1/4 in' empty at the top and bottom, as well.
  3. Grate hard cheese and soft salami on top of the filling.
  4. Wash the edges of the dough with egg.
  5. Fold the dough in half (top to bottom) so that the edges that were previously washed with egg get together. Press the edges together with a fork so the dough does not open during baking.
  6. Cut into slices about 1/2 in' wide, roll them up and place them on a greased and floured baking sheet.
  7. Wash them with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake for about 20 minutes at 390 °F / 200 °C until golden.
