The best recipe for soft pizza dough

Soft and tasty mini pizzas made in a little different way. The dough is so great that you can make pizza or snails out of it. Definitely give it a try. You can put ingredients on top according to your taste. I chose cheddar cheese, spring onion and tomato. I added feta cheese to the second half.

For wash:

1 pc
egg yolk
1 tbsp
milk

For filling:

to taste
grated cheese
to taste
tomato
to taste
corn
to taste
spring onion
Preparation steps

  1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead a smooth dough with a mixer, which is the best when left to rise at room temperature.
  2. Transfer the dough onto the work surface and take smaller pieces out of it, which you shape into a ball and place on a baking paper-lined baking sheet. Let it rise for at least half an hour and then make a hole in each ball with the bottom of the cup.
  3. Mix the egg yolk with milk and wash each ball with a hole.
  4. Then layer grated cheese mixed with spring onion, put tomatoes on top and bake.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 390 °F / 200 °C until golden. Keep an eye on it.
