Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1.5 oz of butter
Melt the butter over low heat, add the sugar that you dissolved in the milk and the cocoa powder. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes. Set aside, let cool slightly and use on top of your favorite cake.
Ingredients: 5 tablespoons of milk, 1.5 oz of butter, 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of flour
Bring the milk, cocoa powder and sugar to a boil, add the butter and let it melt. Keep stirring and finally add the flour. However, be careful so the flour does not clump together and form lumps. Set the glaze aside and let it cool slightly before using.
