  1. Divide the chicken thighs into upper and lower ones.
  2. Prepare the filling: fry the onion in oil, add chopped mushrooms, fry it. Add thyme, salt, ground black pepper, pour in three scrambled eggs and cook. Finally, stir in the grated cheese.
  3. Make a hole in each thigh with a knife and fill it with stuffing. I stuffed only the upper thighs so that we had a choice whether to have meat with or without stuffing. Of course, the lower ones can also be filled, you just need to prepare more filling.
  4. Salt each piece of meat and sprinkle with grilling spices.
  5. Cut the onion and add garlic with thyme - spread on the bottom of the baking dish, add a little water and pile the seasoned and stuffed thighs.
  6. Bake covered for about an hour at 430 °F / 220 °C and then uncovered for another 30 minutes until crispy.
