Apple tornado with chocolate and sour cream

Preparation steps
  1. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients - flour, sugar, milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.
  2. Add the grated apples and mix everything together.
  3. Pour the prepared dough onto a 12x16 inch baking sheet (grease the bottom with oil) and bake. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about half an hour - keep an eye on it.
  4. After baking, spread the top with jam and spread the sour cream and chocolate glaze on the jam. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly. After it has cooled slightly, mix it with sour cream.
