Cooking time

Steam the cauliflower until semi-soft.
Cook the pasta until semi-soft, too.
Cut the tomatoes.
Prepare the dressing: mix eggs, sour cream, pressed garlic, salt and basil.
Mix the cauliflower, pasta and tomatoes, put it in the baking dish and cover with the sauce.
Sprinkle the pasta with gorgonzola and bake for about 25 minutes at 390 °F / 200 °C.
