chicken meat (breast or thigh fillets)

rice noodles (dry)

small carrot
1 pc
onion
approx. 20 pcs
green beans
2 pcs
red chili pepper
spring onion
5 tbsp

For the sauce:

4 tbsp
light soy sauce
4 tbsp
oyster sauce
2 tbsp
dark soy sauce
2 tsp
sesame oil
½ tsp
ground white pepper

Meat marinade:

2 tbsp
light soy sauce
2 tsp
sesame oil
½ tsp
ground white pepper

  1. First, soak the rice noodles in warm water for 4-5 minutes. Then drain the water and set the noodles aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for sauce.
  3. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces (thin slices). Add the marinade to it - soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least a few minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Thinly slice the onion, spring onion and chilli. Cut the carrots into strips and the green beans into halves.
  5. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add oil and allow to heat. Fry the meat in a pan, thanks to the small pieces it only takes a few minutes to cook. Then add the beans, carrots and onions and fry.
  6. Then just add the noodles, cover with the prepared sauce and mix well. The mixture should be fried for a few more minutes.
  7. At the end, add the spring onion - it can be added directly to the pan and possibly used as a decoration when serving.
