If you like brie cheese, be sure to try this huge meatball, which you wrap in ground meat. It's a real treat. I used to grill brie, but since I found this recipe, I don't do anything else. It's fantastic. I only make a salad for myself as a side dish, but I make classic mashed potatoes for others at home. Definitely give it a try.

Meatballs stuffed with brie

If you like brie cheese, be sure to try this huge meatball, which you wrap in ground meat. It's a real treat. I used to grill brie, but since I found this recipe, I don't do anything else. It's fantastic. I only make a salad for myself as a side dish, but I make classic mashed potatoes for others at home. Definitely give it a try.

Ingredients

Meatballs:

16 oz
minced pork
1 pc
egg
1 handful
breadcrumbs
½ cup
milk
1 tsp
sweet ground paprika
1 tbsp
chives
1 clove
garlic
to taste
pepper
to taste
salt

To finish:

2 pcs
round brie cheese
as needed
oil (for frying)
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Mix the minced meat with egg, breadcrumbs, milk, paprika, chives, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the brie cheese (round shape) lengthwise, so you have 4 circles. Make a thin circle from the meatball mixture, place one round of brie on it and cover the meatball with the second circle of meat.
  3. Fry the meatballs in slightly heated oil until golden. Serve with potatoes or salad.
