Today I share with you this great and absolutely easy and quick recipe for fresh strawberry bites. Even with the preparation, you will have them ready in half an hour and they are really excellent, in our household they are even more popular than the classic chocolate ones. They are really fresh, not too sweet and really full of strawberries, it's not like they just passed by them :D.

¾ cup

shredded coconut

4 oz

mascarpone

4 oz

strawberries

¼ cup

granulated sugar

½ cup

vanilla sugar

for wrapping

shredded coconut

Preparation time

Wash, cut and blend the strawberries into smaller pieces, not into a complete mash.
Mix the mascarpone, shredded coconut, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the strawberries and mix.
Shape into balls and wrap in shredded coconut.
Let it harden in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
