Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, oil and milk in a bowl and process the dough. Pour about 2/3 of the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the remaining dough. Pour the remaining dough into the light part in patterns and use a fork to make it more interesting.
Bake in a moderately heated oven for about 35 minutes - test with a skewer.
After cooling, cut into slices.
