vanilla sugar

Crumble:

4 tbsp
flour
4 tbsp
butter
4 tbsp
powdered sugar

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy. Add oil, water, vanilla sugar and finally flour mixed with baking powder.
  2. Pour onto a baking sheet greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Arrange the raspberries and bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then sprinkle the top with crumble (mix all the ingredients with your hands) and continue to bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
