  1. First, start preparing the meat. Clean, wash and cut the meat into slices. Tap lightly, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat slices on each side until golden. Place it in the pot after it has been roasted in this way.
  2. Add plain flour to the remaining oil, fry briefly. Then pour the finished fried mixture through a strainer into the pot with the meat. Add the mushrooms, cover with water and simmer until soft. Before the meat is cooked, prepare the potatoes.
  3. Peel the potatoes and put them in a pot and cook for about 25 minutes. Once they are cooked, use the bottom of a glass or a meat mallet to mash them a bit. Place the potatoes one by one on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a thin slice of butter on each and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place in an oven heated to 390 °F / 200 °C. After 20 minutes, turn the potatoes over so that they are also crispy on the other side and bake for another 20 minutes.
  5. Once the meat is soft, you can serve it with baked crispy potatoes.

Tip: Before you put the potatoes in the oven, you can sprinkle them with grated Parmesan for even better taste.
