Spooky Halloween meringues

Halloween is long awaited holiday in our country. Are you planning a party or expecting a visitor that you want to "frighten"?



4 pcs
egg white
½ tbsp
1 cup
crystal sugar
for eyes and mouth
chocolate frosting
Preparation steps
  1. Let's prepare a baking sheet. Line the bottom with aluminum foil. Grease it lightly with oil and preheat the oven to 210-230 °F / 100-110 °C.
  2. Beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually beat in the sugar and finally add the vinegar. Beat until stiff foam and transfer it to a pastry bag.
  3. Layer 3 layers with the round tip on the pocket. Pull the last layer higher to create a beautiful tip.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes until the meringues are lightly brown.
  5. Remove and let cool. Draw eyes and mouth with chocolate. Enjoy it!
