Ingredients: 3 pcs egg; 3 tbsp granulated sugar; 3 tbsp flour; 1 tbsp cocoa; 2 ½ tsp baking powder; 3 tbsp oil; as needed strawberries; as needed strawberry jam; 8 oz mascarpone; 8 oz sour cream; 3 tbsp powdered sugar; to taste cocoa

Ingredients

Dough:

3 pcs

egg

3 tbsp

granulated sugar

3 tbsp

flour

1 tbsp

cocoa

2 ½ tsp

baking powder

3 tbsp

oil

Extra ingredients:

Cream:

8 oz

mascarpone

8 oz

sour cream

3 tbsp

powdered sugar

Prepare a smaller baking tray, line the bottom with baking paper and heat the oven to 355 °F / 180 °C.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until stiff, gradually beat in the oil and finally the flour mixed with baking powder. Layer 2/3 of the dough on the baking sheet and mix cocoa into the remaining 1/3 of the dough. Apply the cocoa dough onto the light in a zig zag pattern and smooth it nicely.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes - keep an eye on it.
After baking, let the dough cool and spread it with strawberry jam. Stack the strawberries on top. Cover the strawberries with cream and sprinkle the cream with cocoa.
Mix the mascarpone, sour cream and sugar thoroughly. I only mixed it with a spoon. You can also use a blender, but be careful not to dilute it too much. The longer you beat, the thinner it will become.
