Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and set aside. Beat the egg yolks briefly into a foam, add vanilla essence, add water and oil, flour mixed with baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon. At the end, just mix in the whipped snow from the egg whites with a wooden spoon.
Pour the prepared dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread it well and bake. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 10 minutes. After baking, remove the paper and roll up with new paper. Let it cool down.
Heat the chocolate with about 4 tablespoons of whipping cream in the microwave and let it cool. After cooling, mix it into the whipped cream with sugar and combine.
Spread it on the dough and roll up. Put it in the fridge to harden.
