Ingredients

Ingredients for the dough:

egg
5 tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp
water
1 tbsp
oil
5 tbsp
flour
2 ½ tsp
baking powder

Filling:

½ bottle
strawberry jam
6 oz
whipping cream
1 pack
whipping cream stabilizer
8 oz
strawberries

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks and beat the egg whites with sugar.
  2. In the second bowl, beat the egg yolks with water and oil and gradually add the egg white snow.
  3. Finally, lightly work sifted flour with baking powder into the mixture and pour it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 355 °F / 180 °C.
  5. After baking, let it cool for a minute and roll up the sponge cake while still warm and let it cool completely.
  6. After it has cooled, roll it out and spread it with strawberry jam.
  7. Spread the whipped cream on top of the jam, which you have whipped with a stabilizer, and top it with chopped strawberries.
  8. Roll the roulade up again and let it cool in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  9. Serve it sprinkled with sugar, or you can also sprinkle it with chocolate.
