powdered sugar

3 ¾ cups

flour

1 pack

vanilla sugar

⅔ cup

oil

¾ cup

milk

2 ½ tsp

baking powder

3 oz

dark chocolate

a little

lemon juice

Cooking time

Peel the bananas, mash them and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and beat the whites until foamy.
Mix the egg yolks with vanilla and powdered sugar until foamy and add oil and milk.
Add flour and baking powder to the mixture.
Finally, mix bananas, egg white foam and chopped chocolate into the dough.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake at 340 °F / 170 °C for about 45-50 minutes.
