ground turkey meat

rice

onion

soy sauce
3 tbsp
breadcrumbs
to taste
salt
to taste
ground black pepper

garlic

tomato
2 cups
tomato puree

bay leaves

allspice

oil
for thickening

  1. Pre-cook the rice until almost soft, but not completely.
  2. Mix the ground meat with an egg, chopped half of the onion, pressed garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, soy sauce, ground black pepper and pre-cooked rice.
  3. Fry the second half of the onion and the chopped pepper in oil, add the chopped tomato and pour about 1 and 1/2 cup of water and tomato puree. Add allspice, ground black pepper and bay leaf and bring to a boil.
  4. Once the sauce is boiling, add the meatballs and cook for about 30 minutes.
  5. After cooking, remove the meatballs, blend the vegetables in the sauce and thicken the sauce to taste with flour mixed with a little water.
