I wanted something sweet to have with my coffee, but I didn't have much time, so I decided to make these drunken coconut balls. It took me 15 minutes and satisfaction was guaranteed. Try a variation of the classic balls, macsarpone will give them a pleasant creamy taste. If you would like them non-alcoholic, use coffee instead of rum.

Preparation time
  1. Melt the chocolate over a water bath and pour rum into it.
  2. Mix the melted chocolate and rum with mascarpone, vanilla sugar, shredded coconut, sour cream and crushed Lady fingers. If the mixture is too thin or stiff, you can adjust it with rum/sour cream or Lady fingers. I like rum, so I put more rum.
  3. Form balls and wrap them in shredded coconut.
  4. Let it harden in the refrigerator for an hour.
