puff pastry dough

2 ½ packs

vanilla pudding

4 cups

milk

12 oz

whipping cream

2 packs

vanilla sugar

5 tbsp

sugar (for the pudding)

for sprinkling

powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Divide the puff pastry dough into two parts.
Bake a sheet of puff pastry in a whole, it will form the basis of the dessert. Cut the second part of the puff pastry into shapes (15 pieces), bake and let cool.
Cook the pudding from milk, sugar, 1 vanilla sugar and pudding powders, pour it while it is still warm onto the puff pastry and let it cool.
Whip the whipping cream with 1 vanilla sugar, spread it on the cake and refrigerate.
Finally, put squares of puff pastry on top and sprinkle with sugar.

What is a pack of vanilla sugar? What is the measurement of this package? 1 cup, one teaspoon? I can make vanilla sugar but I’m thinking this is a specific ingredient.
