Ingredients
4 ¼ cups
plain flour
⅔ cup
warm milk
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 pc
egg
3 tbsp
oil
¾ tsp
instant dry yeast
2 pcs
boiled potatoes
12 oz
sour cream
8 oz
smoked bacon
2 pcs
red onion
Preparation steps

  1. Prepare the yeast in the classic way. Dissolve a teaspoon of sugar in warm milk, add instant dry yeast and let it stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the other ingredients except sour cream, bacon and onion in a bowl, add yeast and make a smooth dough. It is best to grate potatoes on a grater, it will be easier to mix them into the dough.
  3. Leave the prepared dough to rise for one hour, and after it has risen, shape it into a high baking sheet. Have the baking sheet greased with fat.
  4. Spread with sour cream, sprinkle with onion and chopped bacon and bake.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
