white yogurt
2 ½ tsp
baking powder
3 tbsp
butter
a pinch

  1. Sift the flour with baking powder through a sieve.
  2. Add yogurt and salt.
  3. Make a compact, elastic dough by hand that must not stick - adjust its consistency with the amount of flour and yogurt.
  4. Divide the finished dough into 8 smaller parts, from which you make small buns.
  5. Cover the prepared buns with a dish towel and let them rest for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Then roll each bun into a pancake (be careful not to make it too thin).
  7. Fry these pancakes in a hot pan until golden.
  8. While the pancakes are still hot, wash them with melted butter.
