granulated sugar
2 cups
flour
2 ½ tsp
baking powder
3 pcs
egg
½ cup
oil
½ cup
milk
2 tbsp
cocoa
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 cup
apricot jam
to taste
chocolate coating

  1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar with a whisk. Add grated zucchini (grated on a fine grater). Then add milk and oil and finally all the loose ingredients.
  2. Layer the prepared dough on a butter greased and floured baking sheet and bake.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread the still hot gingerbread with apricot jam and pour the glaze on top.
