Preparation steps

Pour the whipping cream into a bowl, add the mascarpone, sugar and the inside of the vanilla pod.
Beat everything together in a bowl with a mixer at medium speed until the cream thickens.
I put this cream in the fridge for an hour before spreading it on the cake. It's delicious, light and fresh.
