I think a pack of potato chips can go and hide in front of this delicacy. Fantastic cheese crackers that you will dofenitely love. They are delicious and very easy to prepare. Even a beginner in baking or a mother with a little chef at home can prepare them.

  1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and make the dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out with a floured rolling pin to a thickness of 1/4 inch, cut out various shapes and place on a dry baking sheet. Wash with egg yolk mixed with a little milk, salt and sprinkle with grated cheese, or poppy seeds, cumin or sesame seeds.
  3. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C until pink. It takes about 10 minutes - but keep an eye on it according to the size of the individual shapes.
