crystal sugar

vanilla sugar

grated coconut

butter

whipping cream

Preparation steps

Leave the dough wrapped in foil in the fridge for at least overnight, then divide it into smaller pieces, roll out "snakes", cut small pieces from them and press into the small baking molds (it is not necessary to grease).
Bake at 320 °F / 160 °C until pink, about 10 mins, watch and while still warm, turn out and coat in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
It's a good idea to bake this cookie a little ahead of time so that it has time to get all the tastes together.
