I know it's not the wild garlic season anymore, but whoever was smart to freeze and stock up for worse times, like I did, can get it out of the freezer now. Yesterday I took some leaves out of the freezer, so I made an egg spread and added a bunch of wild garlic. I also add chopped chives, it must not be missing. Enjoy your meal.
