Fitness flourless broccoli cake

A healthy salty cake without the addition of flour. Broccoli and cauliflower are the basics of this recipe. Enjoy the cake!

1 pc
broccoli
8 oz
white yogurt
4 pcs
egg
chicken ham
pepper
salt
to taste
grated cheese (parmesan/cheddar)
Preparation steps

  1. Cook the broccoli in salted water. Remove, cut into smaller pieces and let cool slightly.
  2. Add yogurt, mixed eggs, chopped ham, salt, pepper and mix all together. Layer in a baking dish that you have lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 390 °F / 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
  3. Just before the end, you can sprinkle the top with grated cheese - you don't have to.

* TIP: instead of ham, you can add fried chicken, which you cut into small cubes.
