Cut the fruit into the baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Add a few cloves and bake at 375 °F / 190 °C. Stir occasionally.
After about 40 minutes, add rum and mix. Bake for about another 5-10 minutes.
Divide into glasses and turn upside down and store for a longer period of time. This tea is really good and quite sweet. Therefore, there is no need to sweeten it any more.
The recommended amount of mixture is about 1.5 tablespoons per cup.
