Name: Fresh orange dessert with whipped cream
Ingredients: 4 pcs egg; 8 tbsp hot water; 1 cup crystal sugar; 1 ⅔ cups semi-coarse flour; 4 cups Fanta or orange juice; 6 tbsp crystal sugar; 3 packs vanilla pudding; 3 cups milk; 6 tbsp flour; 2 tbsp cornstarch; 1 cup crystal sugar; 4 oz butter; 16 oz whipping cream

Ingredients

Dough:

4 pcs

egg

hot water

1 cup

crystal sugar

1 ⅔ cups

1st layer:

4 cups

Fanta or orange juice

3 packs

vanilla pudding

Top:

3 cups

milk

6 tbsp

flour

2 tbsp

cornstarch

1 cup

crystal sugar

4 oz

butter

16 oz

whipping cream

Preparation steps

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy and gradually add hot water spoon by spoon. In the second bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently mix it into the yolk mass with a wooden spoon. At the end, mix in the flour. Layer the prepared dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
Pour orange juice or Fanta (3 cups) into a saucepan, add sugar and let it dissolve. Mix vanilla puddings in 1 cup of orange juice and add them to the pot. Cook until thickened. Pour the hot pudding onto the baked dough and let it cool.
Separate 2/3 cup of milk, add flour, crystal sugar and cornstarch. Mix it thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Put the remaining milk in a pot and heat it. Add milk with sugar, flour and starch and cook a thick pudding. Set aside and let it cool. Beat the butter until foamy and add the cooled pudding spoon by spoon. Layer prepared cream on the cooled orange layer and smooth it nicely.
Decorate the top with whipped cream and put it in the refrigerator to harden. Enjoy your cake!
