Great tangerine slices - step by step instructions

The name of this dessert is completely accurate. Amazing pudding-mascarpone cream topped with tangerines on a light fluffy nut dough and topped with delicious chocolate whipped cream.



5 pcs
1 cup
crystal sugar
2 cups
semi-coarse flour
3.5 oz
ground nuts
2 tsp
baking powder
¾ cup
lukewarm water
a pinch

vanilla pudding
1 ⅓ cups

1 ½ cups
powdered sugar
3.5 oz
2 small cans

Extra ingredients:

16 oz
whipping cream
for grating
Preparation steps
  1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam, gradually beat in the sugar and beat until you get a glossy foam. Add the egg yolks and beat them on the lowest level. Then add the nuts, water, and finally just mix in (by hand) the sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
  2. Pour the dough onto a 12 x 14 in baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the baked dough, let it cool and remove the baking paper. Put it back on the baking sheet.
  3. Drain the tangerines, but keep the juice. Add milk to the juice - enough to make a total of 2 cups. Mix well, add pudding powder and cook a thick pudding. Add the butter cut into pieces into the hot thick pudding and mix well. Allow the pudding to cool, stirring occasionally.
  4. Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar and, in small amounts, beat in the cooled pudding. Add the tangerines and stir by hand.
  5. Apply the finished cream to the dough and smooth it well, put it in the refrigerator to harden.
  6. Layer whipped cream on top and decorate with grated chocolate.
