Healthy fitness muffins

Excellent and easy to prepare. Also suitable for those who care about their figure. The more ripe the bananas you use, the sweeter the muffins will be.



2 cups
8 oz
white Greek yogurt
2 pcs
¼ cup
2 tsp
baking soda or baking powder
2 pcs

According to taste:

dark chocolate
for sweetening
Preparation steps
  1. Blend the oats into a smooth flour. In the second bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, add egg yolks, milk, blended oats, soda, Greek white yogurt, honey or sweetener to taste (optional) and mix thoroughly. If you use ripe bananas, you don't need to sweeten at all because ripe bananas are sweeter.
  2. In the second bowl, beat the egg whites into a stiff foam and gently mix them into the banana mixture. Add cranberries to taste, dark chocolate broken into smaller pieces, nuts, ...
  3. Layer the prepared mixture in baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 390 °F / 200 °C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
