Homemade apricot liqueur

Cheers! Homemade liqueur that matures for 3 months, but as they say, good things are worth waiting for.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

4 lbs
apricot
4 lbs
granulated sugar
4 cups
vodka
10 pcs
kernels from apricot stones
Preparation steps

  1. Wash the apricots and cut them into thin slices. Place them in a larger bowl, cover with granulated sugar and leave to rest for 4-5 hours. Then pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for about half an hour and then strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Pour the apricot syrup into a glass container, add alcohol, apricot kernels and close the container. Leave the closed container with liqueur to mature for 3 months in a dark and cool place.
  3. After three months, pour the liqueur into resealable glass bottles. Cheers!
