To prepare homemade mayonnaise, you must make sure that you have all the ingredients at room temperature. So put everything out of the fridge in the evening and in the morning you can start the preparation.
Pour the milk and oil into the kitchen mixer. Add salt and mustard. Beat everything together until you get a uniform mass, into which you pour lemon juice in a thin stream. Beat until thickened. You can also use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
Put the prepared mayonnaise in a sealable container and put it in the fridge. You can store it in the refrigerator for 10 days.
