I usually bake this dessert for celebrations or other parties, but since I didn't bake for Christmas, I baked it yesterday and today I took a picture of it for you so that you can get inspired and maybe bake something. Even though everyone is probably still full of Christmas cookies, we need something to go with our coffee and of course a little sweetness in our lives to keep us in a good mood every day.

I usually bake this dessert for celebrations or other parties, but since I didn't bake for Christmas, I baked it yesterday and today I took a picture of it for you so that you can get inspired and maybe bake something. 1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy, gradually adding water and oil.
  2. Alternately mix in the egg whites and flour mixed with baking powder by hand.
  3. Pour the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet. I bake at a temperature of 350 °F / 175 °C approx. 10 min.
  4. Cook a thick custard from milk, vanilla puddings and sugar, which you leave to cool.
  5. Whip the cooled cream at high speed. Add the sour cream and whip at low speed until both substances are combined.
  6. Spread the cream on the cooled cake base and place small pieces of chopped peach on it.
  7. Whip the heavy cream powder, spread on the cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
