Layered Chinese salad

We really enjoyed this salad, my husband is a big "carnivore", but he ate this salad almost by himself.

Ingredients

Ingredients for the salad:

2 pcs
chicken breast
1 tbsp
chinese spices
2 tbsp
oil
a pinch
salt
1 pc
iceberg lettuce (or Chinese cabbage)
2 pcs
tomato
1 pc
pepper
1 can
corn
3 pcs
spring onion

Dressings:

8 oz
sour cream
3.5 oz
mayonnaise
3 cloves
garlic
1 tsp
curry spice
1 tbsp
chopped chives
a pinch
pepper
a pinch
salt
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Cut the meat into small pieces, salt, season and fry in oil. Let cool.
  2. Let's prepare the dressings: divide the sour cream mixed with mayonnaise into two bowls. Add curry, pepper and salt to one bowl and chives, pressed garlic, pepper and salt to the other.
  3. Tear the salad into pieces, cut the tomatoes, pepper and onion. And start layering: lettuce - tomatoes - garlic dressing - meat - onion - pepper - curry dressing - corn - iceberg lettuce.
