Ingredients

Base:

10.5 oz
butter biscuits
2 tbsp
cocoa
1.7 oz
butter
1 tbsp
powdered sugar
¾ cup
milk

Mascarpone layer:

8 oz
mascarpone
8 oz
whipping cream
2 pcs
lemon - zest + juice
1 tbsp
powdered sugar

Vanilla layer:

2 packs
vanilla pudding
¾ cup
whipping cream
2 ½ cups
milk
3 tbsp
powdered sugar

Extra ingredients:

¾ cup
whipping cream
1 pack
vanilla sugar
2 tbsp
powdered sugar
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Prepare the ingredients. Firstly, cook the pudding. Dissolve the sugar in 2 and 1/2 cups of milk and cook the pudding, let it cool. In another bowl, whip the cream and add it to the cooled pudding. Mix it.
  2. Let's prepare the biscuit cake base. Crush the biscuits, add cocoa, sugar and melted butter. Mix together and add milk while stirring constantly.
  3. Prepare a round cake form with a diameter of 11 inches and line it with the prepared biscuit dough.
  4. Layer the mascarpone filling, which will be prepared as follows. Mix mascarpone with grated lemon zest and juice, add sugar. In another bowl, whip the whipped cream and mix together.
  5. Top it with the vanilla layer that was prepared at the beginning.
  6. Prepare the last layer by whipping the whipping cream with vanilla and sugar.
  7. Sprinkle the layered cake with cocoa or grated chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours (preferably overnight).
  8. Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy your cake!
