Put in a cake pan and bake for 10 minutes at 320 °F / 160 °C.
In the meantime, whip the cottage cheese with syrup or another sweetener, chop the nuts and mix the grated apples with sugar and cinnamon. Take the dough out of the oven, spread the cottage cheese evenly and put the apples on top of it.
Sprinkle nuts over the top and bake for another 30 minutes.
