Oatmeal cake with fruit

Sometimes you need to bake healthier versions of cakes as well. Oatmeal cake with fruit. I decorated it with some more raspberries and raspberry jam in the end. It tasted great.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 cup
milk
1 cup
oatmeal
to taste
coconut (no need, it's just to taste)
1 tsp
cocoa (optional)
some fruit (raspberries, strawberries ..)
Preparation steps

  1. Line the cake mold with baking paper and preheat the oven to 350 °F / 175 °C.
  2. Mix the oatmeals and milk in a bowl. If the mass is too thick, add milk or if the mass is too thin, add oats. Add coconut, cocoa or cinnamon to taste.
  3. Spread half of the mixture on the mold as well as on the edges. Place fruit of your choice on top. I recommend raspberries.
  4. Apply the second part of the mixture on the fruit. Bake at 350 °F / 175 °C for about 35 minutes.
  5. In the end, I decorated it with more raspberries and raspberry jam. It tasted great.
